CFITMAX – The Ultimate Isolation Ball Valve for MGPS
The CFIT Max Isolation Ball Valves are an inseparable component of the Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) and are widely combined and applied combo-bracket in a broad spectrum of medical infrastructure and health care. They find use in hospitals, ICU, operation theatres, dental clinics, diagnostic laboratories, research centres, pharmaceutical and biotechnology plants, ambulances, mobile medical vans and mega projects and healthcare infrastructural projects. These are the very important valves involved in the regulation and control of the flow of such important gases as oxygen, nitrous oxide, compressed air, and vacuum in a medical institution.
Isolation Ball Valves are fitted mainly on the branch lines of MGPS to isolate areas, eg. patient rooms, patient wards or whole area in the case of maintenance, up gradation and emergency. These have a quarter-turn, manually operated valve whereby healthcare personnel can switch off the flow of gas without interfering with other components of the system and thus acting on it with haste and safety. Such valves are traditionally installed in valve boxes or hidden wall surfaces making them conveniently available and sufficiently in-built to integrate medical surroundings.
The 12mm size is in particular popularity since they are compact in size and they are suitable in the localized zone controls. The CFIT Max valves are readily accepted and practiced in both the developed and developing healthcare system countries. They are to the international standards such as ISO 7396-1, HTM 02-01 (UK) N, NFP 99 (USA), CSA Z7396 (Canada), DIN (Germany), AS 2896 (Australia) and also they are compatible with NABH guidelines in India. With the work being installed in the various projects across India, the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, and other parts, CFIT Max Valves have gained the reputation of quality of build and medical functioning. They have a 100 percent bore internal passageway and very little does it have any pressure drop with maximum flow because of this design, made of nickel plated brass, to bring about superior corrosion resistance, and durability. The installation of these is compression-fit and flame-free which guarantees faster and safer assembly of these especially in sensitive medical areas. Having the ROHS, CE and MGPS certification, CFIT Max Valves bring unmatched reliability, safety and efficiency that cannot be matched by any other valve in the modern MGPS installation.
