CFITMAX Isolation Ball Valve is a high-end valve that is uniquely designed to fit the Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) under the critical settings of hospitals such as ICU wards, emergency care units and hospital rooms. The valve was aptly designed to be used in the case of new installation and also during maintenance, as it has flame-free compression-fit installation, which is safe and efficient when used in sterile, flame-sensitive places. The 28mm model (MAX-UK028) has a full-bore and a quarter-turn lever design that quickly shut-off and provides high-efficiency levels of gas flow compared to the conventional valve systems. Its construction out of nickel-plated brass and having a chrome-plated brass ball and PTFE seals makes it significantly corrosion resistant, leak-free, and has long life. This forms 30 Bar at 30 o C and 8 Bar at 120 o C; with compression ends to BS864/2 specifications.
