CFITMAX – The Ultimate Isolation Ball Valve for MGPS
CFIT Max 28 mm Isolation Ball Valve is designed to meet the mid-sized flow distribution lines, when high-flow needs are present without entering into oversized infrastructure. This size of valve is usually chosen in a supply route where it serves more than one area of the hospital all on the same trunk, like connecting main lines to ICUs, recovery wards or laboratory wings etc. The actual full-bore construction permits high gas velocity transmission and it keeps line pressure steady at down-stream outlets. It plays a very important role in ensuring consistent gas delivery to various points even under diverse demands and networks that have different equipment.
The valve (made of nickel-plated brass of industrial grade) offers a good mechanical stability and the resistance to oxidation and abrasion over a long period of time, a factor that is of concern particularly in hospitals basements, rises or wall-concealed locations. Internally, a precision-lapped chrome ball is inserted in between PTFE sealing seats providing an airtight seal closure, and easy transition open. The quarter-turn handle is designed to be quick shutting off with the visual check of the valve position, which helps the staff both during the regular maintenance and the emergency. Its bigger inner diameter compared to its smaller versions, guarantees that it does not sacrifice any flow of gas even where there are many end points that are used at the same time.
The flame-free construction of this valve, as it is connected through compression technique makes it safe and clean to install in the medical-grade copper pipeline network. It is based on MGPS specification and checks all boxes within the CE and RoHS approval, which is why this device can instrument government, private, and institutional levels of healthcare projects. The need to have both space efficiency and a dependable flow considerations, i.e., compact OT blocks, multi-bed ICUs, or research floors leads to the fact that a 28 mm valve is often selected due to its adaptability. The CFIT Max 28 mm Isolation Ball Valve, through its fine engineering and modular operating capacity, will be imperative in the process of achieving a steady supply of medical gas supply in a growing hospital system.
