CFITMAX – The Ultimate Isolation Ball Valve for MGPS
The CFIT Max 35 mm Isolation Ball Valve is a special edition to meet the needs of the MGPS medium-capacity branches, which offer a dependable interchange point among primary distribution lines and localized supply areas of a healthcare institution. The 35 mm size size is perfect whether placed in corridors in loops or in emergency units or central spurs of the oxygen lines providing flow requirements beyond what standard ward demand would necessitate without the main trunk size. Its internal full-bore design is designed to be efficient -reduce turbulence and provide smooth high-volume gas flow to the points of care without restricted the system.
This valve is manufactured using industrial grade nickel plated brass and thus it is expected to perform well in high cycle applications where actuation rate and exposure to cleaning agents or wet conditions are the norm. The inner PTFE seals provide a stable seal of the machined chrome ball and longevity of performance in a minimum loss in torque with time. The lever mechanism, which is having a locking position, permits quarter-turn movement to provide secure gas isolation when working on a system, expanding a zone, or examining the system. Each mechanical element is chosen due to its capacity to work under the constant load and minimize the wear at the expense of time, and is safe.
Similar to all CFIT Max valves, the 35 mm version incorporates a flame-free compression-fit design which is not only easier to install but also removes the risk of fire that is commonly linked to soldered connections particularly in sterile areas such as ICUs and surgical wing. This valve is constructed under the MGPS safety protocols and meets global standards such as the CE and RoHS standards, which are important in both the greenfield hospital construction and the modular hospital expansion. Gas system contractors often have it as their standard addition to high-functioning MGPS networks as it focuses on flow performance, safety compliance, and structural stability.
